Our 2-month-old son loves to listen to Cat Stevens. Or then it's just a lame excuse for me to indulge in my guilty pleasure. Anyway, this is a good song from an album whose name sounds almost like my last name.

J Mascis - Set Us Free

This is simply moving. One of the best songs from Free so Free album. Got to love it!

J Mascis - Alone

I've been listening to Hand It Over (1997) after a long pause in recent days. What a great album, that. This is a pretty new performance of Alone (and gray).

Dinosaur Jr - Pick Me Up

Another great song from Beyond (2007). Although the sound quality is dubious, J's inimitable stage presence is definitely not. Rock on!
